Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Collaborate with the Lead ESA to review existing business requirements and gather new requirements from stakeholders
- →Conduct fit-gap analyses and present options
- →Map current-state and future-state business workflows
- →Recommend Oracle configuration updates to optimize business processes
- →Support ESA in implementing new features and/or system changes aligned with approved functional designs
- →Troubleshoot application issues through resolution
- →Log and manage Oracle Service Requests
- →Create and update functional design documents, technical design documents, and process flows associated with configurations or approved customizations
- →Develop scalable Oracle SQL/PLSQL code including procedures, functions, packages, and triggers
- →Update existing code to meet evolving requirements
- →Tune and optimize queries for performance
- →Build or retrofit interfaces, APIs, and data loaders
- →Support custom extensions including Form Personalization and custom.pll
- →Diagnose system bottlenecks, debug functional and technical issues, and apply fixes
- →Support testing and user training activities
- →Perform additional duties as directed by project team
- →Provide bi-weekly status reports
- Demonstrated experience delivering two or more Common Inventory implementations as part of broader ODM/MRP deployments in Oracle eBS R12.13.x.
- Deep functional and technical expertise in ODM, including Inventory and Oracle Master Scheduling/MRP
- Ability to map, fit, and enhance complex "As-Is" business processes into Oracle EBS standard functionality
- Expert-level knowledge of ODM/MRP including Inventory setup steps, profile options, and system parameters to optimize performance
- Comprehensive understanding of the ODM lifecycle: BOM, Inventory, WIP, MRP, Purchasing, and Costing
- Strong understanding of upstream and downstream integration points
- Strong technical skills: Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Form personalization, custom.pll, and BI Publisher reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with REST APIs
- Proficient with MS Office
- Experience with JIRA and GitHub
- Knowledge of Purchasing ASL functionality
- Experience with Mobile supply chain
