Associate Full-Stack Software Engineer

• →Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software.
• →Translate business and user requirements into technical solutions.
• →Work across the full stack throughout the software development lifecycle.
• →Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• →Develop and maintain front-end applications using ReactJS.
• →Design and maintain automated front-end and API tests.
• →Use AI coding tools to improve development efficiency, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• →Review AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability.
• →Follow Git-based development workflows and participate in code reviews.
• →Troubleshoot technical and production issues.
• →Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in an Agile team.

• Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Strong communication, learning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, and GraphQL or gRPC.
• Experience with ReactJS.
• Experience with backend test automation (UT, BDD), frontend AT tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium is plus.
• Experience using AI coding tools, such as GitHub Copilot or similar tools.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly for coding, debugging, testing, and technical documentation.
• Good knowledge of Git, including branching, merging, pull requests, code reviews, and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with microservices and CI/CD practices
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. .
• Experience with Kafka, MQ, or other event-driven systems is a plus.
