The opportunity

This role supports the Head of Agency Strategy and Operations in driving agency business growth and ensuring smooth, efficient operational support. Key areas include administration, expense management, reporting, process documentation, stakeholder communications, and strategic initiatives.


Position Responsibilities:

 

  • Draft and maintain agency process and communication documents, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), forms, approval papers, and memos.
  • Support strategic initiatives by developing strategy decks, tracking projects and KPIs, and preparing stakeholder communications.
  • Strengthen agency processes and controls by ensuring that SOPs and forms are accurate, current, and properly maintained.
  • Support expense management by working with Finance to monitor spending regularly and coordinate with stakeholders on cost control and budget alignment.
  • Maintain complete and accurate hard-copy and electronic records to support reviews and audits.
  • Process Agency Operations expense payments, cash advances, and clearances accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate contract and agreement renewals with Procurement, Legal, and Finance, including rental, medical insurance, and meeting room support agreements.
  • Coordinate communications with Agency Services and sales leaders to support timely alignment and execution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Required Qualifications:


  •  At least one year of relevant work experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications, finance and banking, management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Good command of English, with strong written communication skills preferred.
  • Sound analytical, digital, and financial acumen.

  • A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects.
