As a Sourcer, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Mariner by identifying, attracting, and delivering an extraordinary candidate experience. As one of the first Mariners a candidate connects with, the sourcer is instrumental in ensuring candidates have a positive experience that exceeds expectations. Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential Senior Wealth Advisors across target geographies.
Build and maintain talent maps of competitor firms, industry networks, and advisor movements.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage qualified Senior Wealth Advisors.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, industry platforms, referrals, and networking groups.
Create and maintain a steady pipeline of warm leads for recruiters and hiring managers.
Craft compelling outreach messaging that highlights Mariner’s value proposition.
Initiate conversations with passive candidates, qualify interest, and assess alignment.
Nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates, keeping them engaged over time.
Partner with recruiters and business leaders to understand hiring needs, ideal candidate profiles, and market challenges.
Provide regular updates on pipeline health, sourcing metrics, and market insights.
Support recruiters in delivering a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain accurate data on candidates, outreach, and pipeline progress in the ATS/CRM system.
Share insights on sourcing channel effectiveness and competitor hiring trends.
Requirements

2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, business development, or sales.
Skills & Knowledge
Strong understanding of sourcing & recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
