Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Security D License (Required)
Valid FL Driver's License and clean driving history (Required)
Flexible/ on- call schedule availability
Professional demeanor and appearance
Excellent computer skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Attentive to detail
Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)

Responsibilities

→Interact with all guests (clients and visitors) in a professional demeanor
→Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support
→Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute the contract
→Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports
→Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy
→Address and rectify all employee relations and payroll concerns promptly
→Recruit, hire and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met
→Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)
→Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.)
→Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team promptly
→Manage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling and or disciplinary actions when necessary
→Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)
→Other duties to be determined by management
