This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, attractive, and well-maintained living environment for our residents. The ideal candidate will assist with the upkeep of the property's grounds, common areas, and exterior spaces to ensure a welcoming community.

Position Type: Seasonal
Seasonal Employment Period: October 1 – November 30
Hourly Wage: $18.00 per hour
