Bulgari Hotels & Resorts is preparing to unveil Bulgari Resort Bodrum, a highly anticipated addition to its collection of exceptional destinations, where Italian artistry meets the distinctive spirit of the Mediterranean. Set along one of Türkiye’s most sought-after coastlines, the resort will embody timeless elegance, refined discretion, and a deep connection to place.

To lead this landmark project, we are seeking an accomplished and charismatic General Manager to oversee the pre-opening phase and establish the resort as a global benchmark in ultra-luxury hospitality.

The General Manager will hold full executive responsibility for the successful pre-opening, launch, and ongoing operation of Bulgari Resort Bodrum. Reporting to senior leadership within Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, the role requires a rare blend of operational excellence, commercial acumen, and brand guardianship, ensuring that every aspect of the resort reflects Bulgari’s unmistakable DNA.

In addition to the hotel, the General Manager will have oversight of Bulgari-branded residences, ensuring seamless integration, exceptional service delivery, and long-term asset value for residence owners.

• Lead all phases of the pre-opening journey, including strategy, recruitment, systems implementation, brand standards alignment, and operational readiness
• Establish a culture of discreet, personalised service consistent with the Bulgari philosophy of luxury
• Provide inspirational leadership across all departments, with particular focus on Operations and Sales & Marketing
• Develop and execute commercial strategies that position the resort as a premier ultra-luxury destination in the Mediterranean
• Drive market entry, brand awareness, and long-term revenue performance in both hotel and residential components
• Oversee the management of branded residences, ensuring an elevated living experience aligned with Bulgari values
• Collaborate closely with ownership, brand stakeholders, and corporate teams to ensure alignment and excellence
• Successfully manage the dynamics of a seasonal luxury resort, optimising performance during peak and shoulder periods
• Act as the brand ambassador for Bulgari Resort Bodrum locally and internationally

• A proven General Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ experience leading luxury or ultra-luxury hotels or resorts
• Strong background across Operations and Sales & Marketing, with demonstrated commercial leadership
• Prior pre-opening experience is highly desirable
• Experience leading a seasonal resort operation is a distinct advantage
• Exposure to managing or launching branded residences is highly regarded
• An authentic, composed leader with a refined understanding of ultra-luxury guest expectations
• Turkish language skills are advantageous, though not required
• International experience, cultural sensitivity, and a global mindset
