Hairstylist

Will be reporting to the Spa Supervisor:

Duties and Responsibilities to include:

• Deliver exceptional hair services and personalized luxury salon experiences.
• Conduct professional consultations to understand each guest’s preferences, lifestyle and desired results.
• Perform cutting, styling, blow-dry, coloring and hair treatments according to professional qualifications and service menu.
• Provide personalized hair and scalp care recommendations and maintain expert knowledge of professional products.
• Build lasting guest relationships through exceptional service, recognition and personalized care.
• Maintain accurate guest preferences and consultation information to ensure continuity of future experiences.
• Maintain the Hair Salon, equipment and professional tools to impeccable hygiene, safety and presentation standards.
• Recommend appropriate homecare products and identify relevant cross-selling opportunities across the Spa.
• Maintain awareness of current hair trends, techniques and luxury beauty developments.
• Collaborate with the wider Spa team to deliver seamless guest experiences, including VIP, bridal and special occasion services.

The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills and attributes

• Recognized Hairdressing Diploma or professional qualification.
• Minimum three years’ professional hairdressing experience; luxury salon or five-star hotel experience is preferred.
• Strong technical expertise in cutting, styling, blow-dry, coloring and professional haircare.
• Excellent consultation and guest communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of professional hair products and homecare recommendations.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity and commitment to quality.
• Commercial awareness and confidence in retail and cross-selling.
• Good command of Greek and English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Impeccable grooming, professionalism, discretion and passion for luxury beauty and hospitality.
