Mohs Surgeon – Sarasota (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Job Title: Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon (Full-Time or Part-Time) Location: Sarasota Schedule: 3 to 5 Days/Week | No Evenings or Weekends Compensation: Base $400k–$450k + Tiered Bonus (Annual Take-Home $800k–$1M) We are seeking a fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon to join a well-established, physician-led dermatology practice known for its patient-first philosophy, ethical approach, and exceptional long-term team stability. With no private equity involvement and no pressure for high-volume turnover, this practice offers a unique opportunity to focus on delivering high-quality, personalized care. This position is open to both full-time (up to 5 days/week) and part-time (minimum 3 days/week) candidates. New fellowship graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
