Neurologist — Outpatient | No Call, No Weekends Knoxville, TN | $300K–$400K | Partnership Track in 3 Years New Grads & Board-Eligible Welcome Practice neurology the way it should be. Monday to Friday, 8 to 5, with a real lunch hour and not a single page after the workday ends. AI scribes and a full back-office team handle your documentation and patient messages — so you spend your day with patients, not your inbox. The Schedule Mon–Fri, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., with a one-hour lunch No nights. No weekends. No call. None. Ramp from 12–15 patients/day to 20/day over your first 6 months as your panel builds The Clinical Setup Multi-subspecialty outpatient clinic with on-site EEG, EMG, and Cath lab — diagnostics and procedures done in-house without hospital delays or excessive facility fees New in-house imaging center with MRI and CT coming online at the West Knoxville location General neurology welcome; neurophysiology fellowship preferred for EMG/EEG reads Optional memory/dementia focus — 15–20 referrals/day already waiting Optional clinic days at a second location for additional compensation The Money $300,000 base salary Up to $100,000 in RVU performance bonuses Negotiable sign-on bonus + $10,000 in relocation assistance Zero-deductible medical, dental, and vision coverage 4 weeks PTO, 5 CME days + $3,000 CME allowance Full coverage of medical licensing fees Partnership track at year 3 based on clinical performance and culture fit What We’re Looking For Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE must certify within 1 year of hire) Tennessee medical license — or willing to obtain Neurophysiology training a plus, but not required New graduates strongly encouraged to apply Why This Role Works Most neurology jobs come with hospital call, RVU pressure, and EHR purgatory. This one doesn’t. The AI-scribe and back-office model was built specifically so physicians can leave the office at 5 with their notes done — and build a partnership-track practice without burning out by year two.
