Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Orthopedics Jacksonville, FL | Full-Time | $80K–$105K + Up to $50K in Bonuses New Grads Welcome Tired of being a PT-mill hamster? Treat 1.5 patients per hour (~12/day) — not 3 or 4 — in a high-energy outpatient ortho clinic with a built-in referral pipeline from on-site physicians and surgeons. You’ll actually get to practice manual therapy, not just hand out resistance bands. The Schedule (You Pick) Option A: Four 10-hour shifts, Mon–Fri, with a weekday off (rotates every 6 months for fairness) Option B: Standard Mon–Fri, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. No weekend rotations. The Money $80K–$105K base salary Up to $50,000 in bonuses over your first 5 years — includes sign-on bonus, up to $5,000/year in student loan repayment, and annual retention bonuses Performance bonuses tied to realistic productivity (1.5 patients/hr, 3.2 units/visit) $1,000 annual CE stipend + 40 hours of paid CE leave Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and generous PTO What You’ll Do Build and adjust individualized treatment plans rooted in solid clinical reasoning Work shoulder-to-shoulder with physicians and surgeons on a unified plan of care Coach patients and families on post-op protocols and home exercise programs Mentor PT students and newer staff Document cleanly and on time in our EMR What We’re Looking For DPT (or equivalent) from an accredited PT program Active Florida PT license — or eligible to obtain before start date Outpatient ortho experience (or strong clinical rotations) preferred Strong manual therapy skills and therapeutic exercise expertise High-energy personality — the kind that pulls patients out of a slump and keeps them showing up Comfortable managing more than one patient at a time in a busy clinic Why This Role Works Steady, predictable caseload.
