Virginia BBQ & Pizza Co. is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant at our vibrant Massanutten Resort. As the General Manager, you will take full ownership of restaurant operations and performance, including:

• →Leading daily operations across dine-in, counter service, and takeout
• →Driving guest satisfaction through quality, speed, and service excellence
• →Hiring, training, coaching, and developing a team of 20+ associates
• →Managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
• →Monitoring financial performance (revenue, labor, and food cost)
• →Ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and Virginia ABC laws
• →Resolving guest concerns and fostering a culture of hospitality
• →Collaborating with resort leadership to enhance the overall guest experience

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience
• Proven leadership in a high-volume or quick-service environment
• Strong operational, financial, and team management skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Desired Qualifications

• Resort, hospitality, or tourism experience
• Experience with BBQ, fast-casual, or casual dining concepts
• Virginia ABC Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)
• ServSafe Manager Certification

Full-Time (minimum of 40 hours/week)
