As a Senior Recruiter, you'll lead hiring across multiple brands, functions, and markets, partnering closely with senior leaders as a trusted talent advisor. You'll go beyond individual requisitions  understanding business priorities, anticipating talent needs, and helping leaders make sharp hiring decisions.

Success requires strong market knowledge, business acumen, sourcing expertise, and the agility to manage multiple brands and stakeholders while holding a high bar for talent.

Based in Dublin, Ireland, with a hybrid schedule of three days per week in office.

  • Partner directly with hiring managers, and senior leaders across Match Group brands, shaping hiring strategies around position priorities and long-term talent needs.

  • Own end-to-end recruiting across multiple functions and brands, from intake through offer and close.

  • Continuously improve hiring processes for quality, consistency, and efficiency.

  • Drive interview calibration and structured, competency-based evaluation.

  • Apply AI-enabled recruiting tools thoughtfully to boost productivity and decision-making.

  • Help candidates understand both their target brand and the broader opportunity of joining Match Group.

  • Build talent maps for critical functions and roles, giving stakeholders visibility into competitor organizations and talent pools.

  • Track emerging skill sets, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activity.

  • Build sourcing strategies across outreach, referrals, networks, events, and communities.

  • Deliver ongoing talent intelligence to inform hiring and workforce decisions.

  • Guide hiring managers through offer decisions, balancing candidate motivations, business priorities, and internal equity.
  • Develop competitive offer strategies informed by market benchmarks and candidate insight.

  • Collaborate closely with HRBPs to align hiring plans with broader talent and organizational strategies.

  •  5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant work supporting Product, Business, or technical orgs in high-growth environments.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions (e.g., Product, Marketing, Business, Operations, Commercial, Corporate).

  • Proven ability to lead business-critical searches independently, start to finish.

  • Exceptional sourcing and talent-mapping skills, with the ability to engage passive talent in competitive markets.

  • Strong grasp of structured interviewing, assessment methods, and process optimization.

  • Comfort using recruiting analytics and funnel data to identify problems and drive outcomes.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to advise hiring managers.

  • Experience with modern sourcing platforms and AI-enabled recruiting tools.

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, Greenhouse, or similar.

  • Experience recruiting in consumer tech, social, marketplace, or mobile-first businesses.

  • Experience supporting multiple brands or business units in a matrixed global org.

  • Experience operating across multiple brands, geographies, or stakeholder groups is a plus.
