- Oversee comprehensive research on HK, PRC, and international tax issues, tax laws, and transfer pricing regulations and guidelines
- Manage research and strategic analysis across various industries, companies, and business activities.
- Manage and lead on a diverse wide range of projects and gain exposure from different industries and sectors
- Drive high-level tax and transfer pricing consulting for M&A, IPOs, and complex ad hoc projects
- Oversee the execution of economic and benchmarking analyses, guide junior team members in data gathering
- Review, refine, and deliver high-quality transfer pricing and tax advisory reports for clients and key stakeholders
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end execution of tax and transfer pricing compliance assignments, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to all regulatory standards and applicable guidelines
- Support business development including preparation of proposals, tenders, presentations for seminars / webinars, etc.
- A degree holder in Legal / Finance/ Accounting or related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in compliance and consultancy work in transfer pricing
- Experience in financial services will be an advantage
- Member of recognised professional legal / accounting qualifications will be an advantage
- A team player who can handle assignments independently and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, strong analytical, management and organisation skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
*Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager.
