Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility and production equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations. This role involves hands-on electrical, mechanical, and computer-related work, as well as coordination with vendors and contractors. 

• →Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems 

• →Safely work with 460V, 220V, 120VAC, and 24VDC circuits 

• →Maintain motors, belts, chains, bearings, and drives 

• →Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and PLCs 

• →Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections 

• →Troubleshoot network cabling, I/O devices, and PC-based systems 

• →Support continuous improvement on the production floor 

• →Communicate effectively using I2CARE values.

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• 1+ year experience in facilities or industrial maintenance 

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills 

• Basic PLC, controls, and computer/network experience preferred 

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.

• Standing, bending, lifting, and climbing throughout the shift.
