• →Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• →3-5 years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong emphasis on operational finance, cost accounting, or supply chain finance.
• →Proven ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
• →Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• →Advanced Excel skills required (will be possibly working with Google Sheets in the future)
• →Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g. Oracle) and financial reporting tools.
• →Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various levels of management.
• →Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• →Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
