• →Perform advanced CNC milling and turning setup
• →Inspect and verify parts to strict quality standards
• →Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical specifications
• →Troubleshoot machining and process issues
• →Collaborate with Engineering and Management to produce stable, repeatable processes
• →Work with titanium, molybdenum, stainless steel alloys and other difficult alloys
• →Edit setup sheets and recommend process improvements
• →Perform tooling and process research
• →Document job activity, time, and nonconformance in our ERP system
• →Partner with Process Engineering on new product introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement

• 7+ years of advanced machining experience
• Strong CNC setup expertise - multi-axis preferred
• Tooling, feeds & speeds, workholding and material behavior experience
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specs
• Excellent measurement skills, including tight tolerances
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration
• Deep understanding of best machining/manufacturing practices
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on quality
• Safety conscience with all aspects of the shop
