  Proactively track and respond to brand mentions across social media, forums, and other digital platforms

• →

  Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase brand visibility and loyalty

• →

  Actively participate in discussions, answer queries, and foster a positive brand image across platforms like Reddit, Discord, Facebook, and industry-specific forums

  Collaborate with the SEO, Content, and Social Media teams to align community strategies with broader marketing goals

• →

  Utilize analytics tools to track community performance, provide actionable insights, and refine engagement tactics

  Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform changes to adapt and optimize strategies

• Proven experience managing online communities across multiple platforms; experience in online reputation management is considered a strong advantage

• Deep understanding of community engagement best practices, with a focus on building and nurturing strong relationships

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences and driving meaningful conversations

• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Media Insights) to measure success and refine strategies

• Basic understanding of SEO to align community engagement with broader search optimization goals

• Proactive and detail-oriented self-starter with excellent organizational skills, strong technical proficiency, and the ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

1900 - 2300 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
