A new YouTube team focused on launching and scaling high-potential channels in new categories, starting with finance. Working like a lean growth unit, the team combines content, business thinking, and experimentation to build channels with strong audience and commercial potential from the ground up.

A strong video editor who can turn scripts, footage, and ideas into engaging, high-performing YouTube videos. In this role, you will do more than edit — you will help shape pacing, visual storytelling, graphics, and the overall style of the content. As part of a small team, you will have real ownership and direct impact on how our videos look, feel, and perform.

  Own the editing process from raw materials to final delivery

  Shape the pacing, structure, and visual storytelling of YouTube videos

  Help define the overall editing style, graphics approach, and visual identity of the content

  Use footage, graphics, sound, music, and on-screen elements to create clear, engaging, and polished videos

  Work closely with scriptwriters and other team members to strengthen videos throughout production

  Contribute creative ideas that improve pacing, retention, and overall content performance

  Take responsibility for the quality and consistency of the final output

• Proven experience in video editing for digital content

• Strong editing skills and a good sense of pacing, storytelling, visual clarity, and overall content style

• A solid understanding of what makes YouTube content perform, including retention, rhythm, structure, and viewer engagement

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

• Good English skills, with the ability to work confidently with English-language content

• High ownership, attention to detail, and a willingness to stay involved until the final result

• A proactive, results-oriented mindset and a drive to keep improving the final output

• The flexibility and efficiency needed to work in a small, fast-moving team

• A pragmatic attitude toward AI and other tools — using them to work smarter and faster while maintaining a high bar for quality

• Experience editing YouTube content would be a strong plus

• Motion design, animation, branding, or graphic design skills would be a plus

From 2400 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
