As a Compounder, you'll play a critical role in safely mixing products, operating equipment, performing quality checks, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout production. Our Hartland team is seeking gritty problem solvers who take ownership of their work, support their teammates, continuously look for better ways to operate, and demonstrate the flexibility and determination needed to succeed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
~1 min read1. Blends saline for production batches.
2. Performs machine operation for automated Saline syringe line
3.Completes batch records with the use of GMPs.
4.Meet Production Schedule and performance metrics
5.Sanitize production tanks and lines for manufacturing of a medical device
6.Ability to operate a stand-up and sit-down forklift
7.Maintain a clean, safe and sanitary environment.
Requirements
~1 min readHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Read, write, and understand the English language.
Basic math skills including fractional / decimal equations.
Must be able to stand for an entire shift. Must have the ability to lift, reach, squat, push, and pull.
Requires lifting of objects up to 50 lbs.
Willing to work in warm and cold environments.
Technical aptitude is a plus.
Must be able to operate a forklift, both sit down and standing.
1+ year of previous compounding/mixing/blending of batches

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$21.25 - $30.75 HourlyThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
