As we continue our accelerated growth trajectory, we are seeking a paralegal research, gather, organize, prepare, and summarize relevant materials for use by internal and external attorneys in a broad range of corporate, transactional, regulatory and litigation matters.
The successful candidate is expected to be a self-starter, a multitasker who works well under pressure, and follows through on tasks. Prepare, submit, and manage license and accreditation applications and renewals.

Coordinate legal and administrative matters across multiple business units.

Prepare, analyze, and review legal documents related to regulatory matters and business transactions.

Manage general corporate housekeeping matters including entity formation, entity dissolution, general entity maintenance, entity foreign qualifications and DBAs.

Conduct legal research, prepare reports, and handle information requests.

Prepare, edit, review, and organize legal records, documents, correspondence and communications.

Organize, maintain, and utilize database or other document management systems, implement procedures and revise as needed to keep current.

Support attorneys with general administrative matters, strategic initiatives and perform project-specific work as may be assigned, including liaising with third parties (consultants, outside counsel, regulatory agencies, etc.).

Review, proofread, and assist with any materials, including reports, memos, briefings, presentations, forms, etc.

Assist with high-level contract drafting and negotiation.

Assist with organizing meetings, compliance, and quality assurance documents and note taking.

Successfully complete special cross business unit projects and other assignments as requested.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA) Required; Paralegal Certificate is strongly preferred.

Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience as a paralegal in a law firm or in house corporate legal department, ideally with pharmacy and telehealth licensing and accreditation experience.

Prior experience with general contract administration, corporate maintenance and transactions, FDA, medical and pharmacy/pharmaceutical regulations, and privacy compliance issues desired.

Ability to independently and thoroughly research, analyze, organize, and summarize complex legal and regulatory issues into memoranda.

Project management skills with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively within a matrix structure, collaborating with and supporting across multiple business units and related parties.

A self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team and to manage numerous matters and completing priorities effectively.

Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent computer skills, including MS Word and legal tech platforms.
