About The Role

The Senior Project Manager provides a significant contribution to MedSurvey’s growth and success. The role is instrumental in achieving company goals by providing proactive client service and managing the successful delivery of global healthcare market research projects.  You will use your experience to provide consultative support throughout the course of the project lifecycle, manage key project metrics including timelines and budget, and think critically to develop solutions that ensure exceptional client satisfaction.  You will be the primary point of contact for clients during all aspects of the project - from award to delivery.  This position involves working closely with account managers to deepen client relationships, understand client needs, and strengthen client trust.    


Your day-to-day responsibilities will include…


  • Own all aspects for project management of US and global quantitive healthcare market research project from award through final invoicing  so that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations

  • Manage multiple partners at once to support the successful delivery of projects - including developing and executing strategies to proactively address challenges with fieldwork

  • Work closely with team members across MedSurvey to further strengthen and deep client relationships by identifying and addressing challenges, providing feedback on projects, documenting lessons learned, and providing input into proposals for the successful delivery of future projects

 

Qualifications


  • Must reside in the US
  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare market research
  • 5+ years of experience in project management or client services roles with proven track record of successfully delivering outstanding work
  • Strong understanding of and experience in market research delivery and operations
  • Outstanding, impactful, and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Results-oriented, customer-centric mindset with great attention to detail
  • Strong follow-through, priority management, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to analyze, understand, and interpret data as it relates to project delivery and performance
  • Ability to build positive and strong relationships with customers and across the organization
  • A passion for curiosity and learning and a drive to succeed
  • Ability to manage complex challenges and address them head-on
  • Inspired by setting stretch goals and putting in the work to achieve them
