You will play a vital role in scaling up existing and building new credit products for Meesho users. You will get to wear multiple hats such as problem solving, strategy, growth and execution. You will also work closely with other cross functional teams such as Credit Risk, Product, Technology, User growth and our lending partners. Growth and Marketing: Drive adoption of credit products with Meesho users. Work with user growth and Meesho app teams to identify app properties, create campaigns, send communications to generate traffic You will carry targets on adoption
Conversion funnel: Measure CTAs and conversion, identify product and operational levers to improve conversions. Work with partners and product team to implement the key initiatives and improve conversion. Benchmark journeys with other fintech players.
Utilization: Increase spends from existing users by nudging them to use credit products for their day to day spends and improve utilization
Campaign execution: Design and implement adoption and utilization campaigns. Prepare budget requirements for the same
Data Visibility: Work with business analysts to create dashboards for adoption and utilization. Create customer cohorts to design segment wise strategies
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external stakeholders - agencies, and lender partners - and internal stakeholders - business, product, risk, and tech teams
Executive communication: Write exec-level documents and present results and findings to senior management
2-5 years of work experience in driving user growth, experience of financial products (preferably user loans)
Execution experience, demonstrated examples of delivering high impact projects
Strong growth mindset and an inquisitive mindset, continuous problem solving to improve and grow the business
Proficiency in MS Excel including creating dashboards, and reports. Appreciation for digital/analytics led product development, targeting end-to-end automation of loan journeys
Ability to independently drive problem statements and impact. Understand customer’s needs and come up with right pitch and communication strategies
