Responsibilities
~1 min readThis Program Manager will be responsible for supervising the Nursing Home Team as well as part of the Permanent Supportive Housing Team. The nursing home team is a group of 3 licensed clinicians and 2 peers that provide behavioral health services to individuals residing in skilled nursing facilities. WellPower partners with 7 skilled nursing facilities to provide services in. Permanent Supportive Housing provides programing, high-quality housing, case management, and supportive services that promote housing retention, wellness, and community integration. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the case management team connected to the new build, Crane's landing, and a future permanent supportive housing build (Archway)

~1 min read- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required
- Active Colorado LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC or Psychologist license in good standing required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience providing clinical services
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and management experience preferred
- Experience with program development, budget oversight, and grant funding preferred
- Expertise in a "Fee for Service" model, ensuring team performance aligns with the financial goals preferred.
Work Location: This is a hybrid opportunity open to folks residing in the Greater Denver Metro area and will require 1-2 days per week on-site and the rest of the week working remotely.
Shift/Hours: This is a Monday-Friday opportunity observing standard business hours.
