The group is now seeking an Operations Manager to lead their restaurants' daily operations, directing a diverse team to deliver excellent service and hospitality everyday.

Main responsibilities include:

Ensuring timely and successful recruitment and training of team members;
Coordinating schedules and directing the duties and tasks of the team;
Participating in service and ensuring exceptional standards are maintained;
Conducting monthly performance and financial reviews;
