Location: Philadelphia, PA.
Pay Rate: $16.75 (earn up to $18.75 w/ enhanced pay option)

Shift: 2^nd Shift with weekends 1^st week Monday, Tuesday 1ST WEEK: MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, 4:00PM -12:00AM, 2ND WEEK: SUNDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY, 4:00PM- 12:00AM 40 Hours

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills
• Provide community support, transportation
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained)
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• High School diploma/G.E.D. preferred
• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.
