At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as a Home Care Worker, you’ll create cherished moments each day. You will support our clients to live independently at home by providing personal care, domestic assistance, assisted shopping and meal preparation.
The role offers:
- Ongoing support provided by a dedicated service team.
- Flexible working hours.
- Mobile phone.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Current Victorian Drivers License.
- →NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- →NDIS Workers Orientation Module
- →Relevant Qualification (Cert III Individual Support or above)
- →First Aid Certificate (Level 2).
- →Strong communication and organisational skills.
- →A safe, sensible approach with a practical understanding of people’s physical limitations.
- →The ability to be flexible and adapt to meet clients’ individual needs.
