Through the battles and the breakthroughs, we're there. Where will you be?

For over a century, our incredible teams have provided care for people when they need it most. Our people feel great pride in this, and they value the security and stability we offer. But it also means so much opportunity - to build on all that’s gone before, to grow your impact and gain experience that’s hard to find elsewhere.

As a for-purpose organisation with over 10,000 dedicated, compassionate people, we continue to offer more services and deeper care than ever before. With Mercy, you’ll have the chance to make an impact and gain experience that’s hard to find elsewhere.

Werribee Mercy Hospital is excited to launch a new Midwifery Group Practice (MGP) and we’re looking for enthusiastic midwives to join our team.

Are you a passionate and dedicated midwife committed to providing woman and birthing person-centered care? Do you value building trusting relationships and supporting people throughout their entire maternity journey? You will play a key role in shaping and embedding this new model of care at Werribee Mercy Hospital. You will contribute to creating a positive, empowering experience while strengthening continuity, connection, and trust, hallmarks of the MGP philosophy.

This is a unique opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up and make a lasting impact on the lives of families in our community.
