$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS!

Shift: Weekdays, 8:30a-5p. One day/week 8:30a-12:30p.

RN Clinic supports providers in the delivery of primary health care by applying the nursing process, obtaining vitals and histories, preparing patients for examinations, treatments, and minor procedures, and administering medications and immunizations within licensure guidelines. The role coordinates care by scheduling referrals, completing required forms and authorizations, and maintaining tracking systems for follow-up appointments, laboratory tests, and procedures to monitor disease status. The RN provides patient and family education, answering questions to promote understanding, adherence, and effective self-care.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing 
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin
• Computer Data Entry Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN
• Previous clinical experience in a medical office
• Lab Skills
