Responsibilities

→Manage a portfolio of commercial properties with a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction
→Build strong relationships with property owners and tenants
→Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects
→Coordinate vendor services and negotiate proposals when needed
→Monitor property financial performance, budgets, and operating expenses
→Review lease obligations, scheduled rent increases, renewals, and other key milestones
→Conduct regular site inspections to maintain property standards
→Partner with internal accounting and operations teams to achieve portfolio goals
→Provide owners with clear communication and strategic recommendations regarding their investments

Active Hawaii Real Estate License
Experience managing commercial real estate, retail, office, industrial, or mixed use properties
Strong understanding of leases, property operations, and financial reporting
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Comfortable working both in the office and in the field visiting properties throughout Oahu
Strong organizational and problem solving abilities

Stable and established Hawaii organization
