Installation, Repair, & Maintenance:

• →Install, modify, and repair mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery in alignment with project specifications and industry standards
• →Dismantle and reassemble mechanical equipment as needed for repair, relocation, or maintenance
• →Transport equipment to and from job sites, ensuring safety and minimizing risk of contamination or workplace hazards
• →Construct solid foundations and secure mounting for machines on-site

Machine Alignment & Calibration:

• →Align, level, and calibrate machinery and components to ensure proper functionality, performance, and safety
• →Perform diagnostic troubleshooting to identify root causes of mechanical issues and implement effective solutions

Blueprint & Technical Interpretation:

• →Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and repair drawings related to construction equipment and mechanical systems
• →Work under general supervision to carry out assigned tasks accurately and efficiently

Safety/Hazard Recognition & Elimination:

• →Pre-plan and identify the methods to eliminate hazards daily by work task.
• →Execute skill in observing habits and hazards of others and bringing it to their attention.
• →Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company. Support goal of achieving zero accidents.
• →Promote and encourage open communication between field and office regarding all safety concerns, suggestions, improvements, and PPE needed.
• →Obtain safety training as expected by all company personnel.

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• 4 years of previous, related work experience required
• Current Driver's License and have reliable transportation

• Employee will lift heavy objects; physically manipulate objects will need strength
• Employee will travel to construction sites (sometimes multiple sites per day) to meet project-based needs
