Junior Project Manager Digital Supply Chain

Metyis is growing! We are looking for a Junior Project Manager Digital Supply Chain with 0-3 years of experience to join our Digital Commerce team in our Digital Campus in Porto.

Together with HUGO BOSS, our esteemed business partner, we have embarked on a joint venture and created the HUGO BOSS Digital Campus, dedicated to increasing the data analytics, eCommerce and technology capabilities of the company and boosting digital sales. The HUGO BOSS Digital Campus employees will help create a state-of-the-art data architecture infrastructure, advanced business analytics, and the development and enhancement of HUGO BOSS’ eCommerce platform and services.

This collaborative environment will provide the capabilities required for HUGO BOSS to maximise data usage and support its growth trajectory towards becoming the leading premium tech-driven fashion platform worldwide.

  Support the execution of strategic initiatives within our client’s digital transformation program TWIN and other business operations projects, contributing to the development of a tech-driven value chain.

  Collaborate on process changes and system implementation & integration under the guidance of experienced project managers.

  Apply and expand relevant project management tools and methods

  Act as a supporting interface between various business areas, internal IT, and external software vendors to help implement system-specific requirements.

  Participate in engagement and change activities to support initiative success both internally and with our supply chain partners globally.

  Assist in identifying and managing project-related risks to ensure adherence to timelines and business objectives.

  Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  1-2 years of experience in project management or related roles, preferably within business operations or supply chain contexts.

  Strong communication and visualization skills with the ability to engage effectively with the client’s team members and stakeholders.

  Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support senior project managers.

• →

  Eager to learn and develop problem-solving skills in fast-paced and complex environments.

• →

  Basic understanding of business processes in the fashion or consumer goods industry, particularly in operations and supply chain management, is a plus.

  Fluent in written and spoken English.
