QA Engineer Ecommerce (Fashion)

Metyis is growing! We are looking for a QA Engineer Ecommerce with +4 years of experience to join our technology team in our Digital Campus in Porto.

The HUGO BOSS Digital Campus employees will help create a state-of-the-art data architecture infrastructure, advanced business analytics, and the development and enhancement of HUGO BOSS’ eCommerce platform and services.

  Contribute to establishing a holistic quality assurance strategy and policy across several interfaces, together with other QA specialists and QA leads

• →

  Apply test strategies and practices to elevate the quality of our Salesforce Commerce Cloud back-end integrations and APIs

• →

  Take on responsibility for the overall test management and testing within an agile team, from test design to execution and reporting

• →

  Increase testing efficiency through test automation and continuous testing practices, in cooperation with other test automation specialists

• →

  Support and coordinate development and business teams in their testing efforts

• →

  Identify risks and interdependencies before releases to minimize the impact on business operations

• →

  Support Go-Live activities and debug issues in all release stages

• →

  Review and improve technical and business documentation

• →

  Guide and mentor junior team members

• 4+ years of experience in a comparable role

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field

• Hands-on experience as test analyst and test automation engineer

• Experience testing Ecommerce back-end APIs at the component, integration and system levels

• Knowledge about REST API standards and best practices

• Experience using API testing tools such as Postman

• Understanding of usability and accessibility best practices

• Experience working with agile methodologies and understanding of the software testing lifecycle

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Ability to overcome challenges with a strategic and positive mindset

• Strong initiative, proactivity, and ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to influence all players towards a quality mindset

• Willingness to travel for business meetings when required

• What will set you apart:

-Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions or comparable ecommerce solutions

-Strong background in systems integration and API test automation
