Because doing so can fuel the very innovation we are pursuing. * Project Title: Assembly Equipment Performance Improvement and Data Analysis Project Description: This internship provides hands-on exposure to assembly equipment operations within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The intern will work closely with engineers and technicians to understand equipment setup, conversion, and qualification processes, while gaining exposure to data-driven approaches to improve equipment performance and reliability. Objective of the project: To build practical understanding of assembly equipment operations and apply basic data analysis techniques to support equipment performance and reliability improvements. Project Scope: * Gain hands-on exposure to equipment setup, conversion, and qualification activities * Participate in analysis of equipment data to identify trends and improvement opportunities * Learn how equipment performance and reliability are tracked and monitored * Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and external partners on improvement initiatives * Prepare basic reports and presentations for internal sharing Learning Opportunities: * Exposure to semiconductor assembly equipment and manufacturing processes * Understanding of equipment reliability and maintenance concepts * Introduction to data analysis and applications such as artificial intelligence in manufacturing * Experience working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment * Development of teamwork and communication skills Deliverable: * Documented observations and analysis of equipment performance * Summary of improvement opportunities based on data findings * Final presentation of key learnings and recommendations Impact of Project: The project contributes to improved equipment performance, better reliability tracking, and enhanced operational efficiency.
