• Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Risk Management, Security Studies, or a related discipline; or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in physical security, corporate security, law enforcement, military, investigations, risk management, or related fields.
• Experience conducting investigations, security assessments, incident management, and operational risk analysis.
• Strong understanding of physical security principles, risk management methodologies, and security technologies.
• Experience managing vendors and contract security service providers.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional certifications such as ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP) Physical Security Professional (PSP) Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) Certified Security Management Professional (CSMP) Security Risk Management certifications or equivalent
• Experience supporting manufacturing, semiconductor, technology, critical infrastructure, or global corporate environments.
• Experience leading security technology deployments, facility expansions, and security improvement projects.
• Knowledge of crisis management, emergency response, business continuity, and intelligence-driven security practices.
• Experience utilizing AI-powered tools, analytics platforms, automation technologies, or digital solutions to improve security operations and investigations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, data analytics platforms, or other AI-enabled business tools is highly desirable.
