Responsibilities

→Translate product requirements into code-first prototypes
→Ensure visual and interaction fidelity across systems (from Figma to code)

Implement and maintain reusable UI components
Support rollout of the design system across the product

Set up and maintain Figma Code Connect
Establish workflows between Figma and the frontend codebase
Ensure design components map cleanly to production components

Set up and manage Figma MCP + Claude workflows
Enable code-first prototyping from design inputs
Support the team in using AI to generate and iterate on UI

Partner with Product Design, Product, and Engineering
Provide implementation feedback during design

Maintain consistency and polish across product UI
Identify opportunities for reuse and efficiency

Requirements

2–5 years experience in frontend, product design, or hybrid role
Strong UI/visual design fundamentals
Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred)
Familiarity with design systems and component-based development
Interest in AI-assisted design and development workflows
Comfortable working cross-functionally
