Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Fair View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

1. →Provides for resident's personal hygiene: gives bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves, and assists with showers.
2. →Provides for activities of daily living: assists with meals and feeds patients; ambulates, turns, and positions patients; provides fresh water and nourishment between meals.
3. →Performs I&O; checks vital signs and weight; assists with specimen collection; and post-mortem care.
4. →Provides for comfort needs of residents
5. →Promptly answers resident's call lights and requests.
6. →Other duties are requested within scope of practice

Required Education:

• Successful completion of nursing assistant course
• Certified Nursing Assistant Certification to practice in the state
• Night Shift - current BLS required.
