Mind Computing is seeking a fulltime, 100% remote Product Owner / Business Analyst to support a project with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams, translating business objectives and federal requirements into actionable product direction. This role will focus on product backlog management, user story development, stakeholder collaboration, and Agile delivery, with an emphasis on federal healthcare workflows, EDI transactions, interoperability standards, and SAFe/Agile methodologies while ensuring solutions meet security, accessibility, and compliance requirements.

The candidate must reside within the continental US.

Responsibilities

→Experience with SAFe/Agile.
→SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification preferred.
→Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or other federal/government agencies.
→Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, EDI 278/275/217, and healthcare integration workflows.
→Experience working with HIPAA, Section 508, federal security controls, and government compliance requirements.
→Ability to obtain government clearance.
