As a Clinician, you'll help people reclaim their lives, one client at a time, through expert evaluation, personalized treatment, and care that adapts as they progress.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to understand each client's needs and whether Mindbloom is the right fit

• Educate clients on the science, safety, and the experience itself, turning anxiety into informed confidence

• Prescribe Spravato and evaluate/order TMS treatment using our clinical protocols as your foundation and your clinical judgment to tailor treatment to each client for the best outcomes

• Provide an exceptional client experience that earns their trust, their satisfaction, and their confidence in the care you deliver

• Improve our clinical protocols and care model with insights from your work with clients

• Opportunity to expand into telehealth on top of your clinic role

• Room to grow into clinical leadership including mentoring, protocol design, and program building

• Be among the first clinicians to offer psychedelic-assisted treatments as they gain approval, helping build the model from the ground up

• State Licensure & Certification: Texas-licensed PA with active DEA registration and psychiatric CAQ certification

• Location: Austin, Texas metro area or open to relocation within 3 months
