Mitratech is seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer to lead the end-to-end creation of high impact learning for our workforce from identifying what needs to be learned, to designing how it should be taught, to building the final course.  This is a hybrid role that spans instructional strategy and hands-on eLearning development, sitting within the People & L&D team and working closely with HR business partners, subject matter experts, and department leads.  The ideal candidate thinks like a designer, builds like a developer, and always keeps the learning at the center.

• →5+ years in L&D roles spanning both instructional design and eLearning development
• →Expert level proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline + Rise)
• →Understand adult learning theory and instructional design models
• →Experience with SCORM/xAPI and an enterprise LMS
• →Ability to write clearly and translate complex content for non-expert audiences
• →Comfortable managing multiple projects and SME relationships simultaneously
• →Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to write for learners, present to leaders, and facilitate workshops with SME’s

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree or professional certification (ATD CPTD, CIPD) preferred.
