Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist for the evaluation, coordination and administration of quality OT therapy services.

DUTIES:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and established goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills, mobility, coordination, strength, and independence.
• Monitor and document client progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate clients, families, caregivers, and other members of the care team regarding treatment plans and strategies.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, caregivers, and other professionals as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in care planning, team meetings, and quality improvement activities.
• Follow applicable professional, regulatory, and organizational standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Current MN Occupational Therapy license
