Enter and maintain accurate records of GPS device installations in the company’s tracking database and management systems.
Register newly installed GPS devices and link them to the correct vehicles, customers, and user accounts.
Update vehicle information, device serial numbers, SIM card details, installation dates, and related records.
Verify installation data received from GPS Technicians for completeness and accuracy.
Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies, missing information, or duplicate records.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on GPS installations, activations, maintenance activities, and inventory usage.
Coordinate with GPS Technicians to obtain installation reports and supporting documentation.
Assist in activating devices and confirming successful registration on the GPS tracking platform.
Maintain records of GPS inventory, including devices, SIM cards,accessories, and assigned equipment.
Support customer service and operations teams by providing accurate tracking and installation information when required.
Ensure confidentiality and security of customer, vehicle, and company data.
Perform general administrative duties related to fleet tracking operations.
