Mohala Eyewear is looking for a high-energy, sales-focused Growth Manager to scale Mohala’s revenue to the next level. This role is for a proactive, tenacious leader who thrives on closing deals, leading teams, and unlocking new sales channels. If you’re a natural hunter who loves chasing opportunities and turning relationships into revenue, let’s talk!  This job is heavy in cold calling and cold sales, so someone who is super tenacious and gritty to help build a wholesale business for a startup.

What You’ll Do:

Wholesale Expansion (Independent Retailers & Nordstrom)
    Build & train a nationwide sales team to get into 200+ new retail accounts across the U.S.
    Motivate & lead a commission-based team to maximize performance.
    Grow our partnership with Nordstrom—run successful trunk shows, analyze sales data, drive reorders, onboard/train account specialists, and expand into new markets.

Events & Trade Shows
    Oversee the Events Manager to ensure events are well-executed and hitting sales targets.
    Research, plan, and run trade shows—from setup to follow-ups that land new accounts.

Sales Hunting & Business Development
    Seek out, pitch, and close new opportunities with relentless drive.
    Turn relationships into revenue, leveraging a sharp eye for high-potential partnerships.
    Execute on the company’s growth vision with determination and results-driven focus.
