The Senior Manager of Strategic Finance will serve as a senior thought partner to Finance and Executive leadership, applying an investor's lens to shape company strategy, evaluate growth opportunities, and guide capital allocation decisions. This role will own core strategic finance responsibilities, including financial modeling, investment evaluation, and scenario planning, while partnering cross-functionally to support key company-wide initiatives. The position blends rigorous analytics with clear executive communication and strong stakeholder management.

  • Investment-Grade Analysis: Lead valuation work, build sophisticated financial models, and drive scenario analyses that inform major capital allocation decisions, including M&A, partnerships, and new market entry.
  • Strategic Decision Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on high-stakes questions - applying the analytical frameworks and investment intuition developed in PE, hedge fund, or banking environments.
  • Long-Range Planning: Own the company's long-range financial model, translating business strategy into rigorous financial projections and board-facing narratives.
  • M&A & Investment Evaluation: Drive end-to-end transaction support - from sourcing-level financial screening and diligence to deal structuring and post-close value realization.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with Business Units, Legal, and the Executive team to ensure financial rigor is embedded in key company-wide initiatives.
  • 8+ years of experience in private equity, hedge fund, investment banking, or corporate development, with a strong preference for candidates with direct investing or deal execution experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or materially supporting M&A transactions: valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and integration planning.
  • Investor mindset: able to synthesize complex business dynamics into clear investment theses and risk-adjusted recommendations.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and making high-quality decisions with incomplete information - as you would in a live deal environment.
  • Operational rigor: able to lead and drive strategic cross-functional projects from start to finish.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can translate quantitative rigor into compelling executive and board-level narratives.
  • Proven ability to influence C-suite decisions through financial storytelling and well-structured frameworks.
  • Entrepreneurial orientation: eager to define the strategic finance function, not just execute within it.
