About the Role

~1 min read

As a Software Engineer on the MCM(Moloco Commerce Media) team, you will build and evolve backend systems, experimentation capabilities, and product workflows that power Moloco Commerce Media’s retail media platform.

Your work will directly shape how retailers, advertisers, and internal teams launch, scale, measure, and improve commerce media products and monetization strategies. You will help deliver reliable, scalable, and data-informed solutions across campaign and bidding workflows, pricing and pacing logic, experimentation, and platform integrations, driving meaningful customer and business impact.

  • Design, implement, and operate backend services, APIs, and internal systems that support core MCM workflows across campaign delivery, bidding, auction, pricing, experimentation, and product launch operations.
  • Own features or projects end-to-end, from problem framing and requirements review through technical design, implementation, testing, launch, and post-launch iteration.
  • Partner closely with Product, Data Science, ML, Customer Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex retailer and advertiser needs into simple, reliable, and scalable platform capabilities.
  • Contribute to experimentation and launch infrastructure that enables teams to validate improvements, roll out new capabilities safely, and make data-driven product decisions.
  • Improve the reliability, performance, and observability of the systems you build through strong engineering practices, including testing, metrics, logging, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Contribute to integrations and platform capabilities needed to support global expansion, customer-specific requirements, and evolving commerce media product needs.
  • Contribute to raising the team’s engineering bar and support a collaborative culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
