Operations Specialist | Workflows, Automations, AI Solutions
Quick Summary
where's the delay, the error, the cost — and what do we do about it Work closely with team leads to make sure improvements actually land on the floor Who you
We're the full-service merch partner for companies worldwide: from design and production to storage, fulfilment and our own software platform. In four years we've grown to 180+ people and more than 5,000 customers — from startups to international names like Tesla and Revolut. We're ISO-certified, rated 4.9 on Trustpilot, and we run pretty much everything digitally and AI-driven. The culture is informal, fast and no-nonsense.
Every order we make is different. That's what makes our operation both challenging and genuinely fun to make smarter. And that's where you come in.
As an Operations Specialist, you're the engine behind a sharper, smarter operation. You dig into how the work actually flows — from a customer design to production, from purchasing to the box that goes out the door — and you make it better, faster and more scalable. You work across every team and tackle the bottlenecks others leave untouched.
This isn't a role where you babysit a process and nothing more. You build: workflows, automations, AI solutions and the dashboards we steer by. You get a lot of freedom, a lot of impact, and a direct line to the people doing the work.

Work closely with team leads to make sure improvements actually land on the floor
Around 2–5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, supply chain, consulting or a similar analytical role
Sharp with data, and you love figuring out how things really work
Hands-on: you get things done rather than just thinking about them
Curious about automation and AI, and you pick up new tools effortlessly
You thrive in an informal, fast-moving environment and work just as easily with a warehouse colleague as with a developer
