BLASTER/PAINTER RELIEF

The Blaster/Painter Relief is responsible for performing labor tasks utilizing blasting equipment in preparing company products for painting/coating and preparing/mixing paints, as well as applying to the product per customer specification.

• →Perform pre-inspection on any blasting or painting equipment before operating
• →Prepare equipment, materials and area around before starting blasting or painting activities
• →Blast or paint according to customer specifications
• →Keep paint, blasting and other tools in good working order
• →Inspect all equipment used, perform minor repairs and clean equipment as well as the work area
• →Obey and follow all safety rules and policies
• →Wear all appropriate safety equipment (PPE)
• →Perform all other duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor

• High School diploma or equivalent education 
• 1+ year of blasting/painting experience in an industrial setting
• Basic written and verbal skills
• Ability to perform work accurately
• Must be reliable and have good time management skills
• For new hires, must meet all Performance Energy Services employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful completion of a background investigation and pre-employment drug screen
• For new hires, must successfully complete all required training by Performance Energy Services
