Motion Designer / Video Editor

Create and edit motion-based and video assets based on provided briefs

Execute animations, transitions, and edits to produce finished creatives

Ensure consistency in pacing, structure, and visual output

Produce multiple variations of video and motion assets

Adapt creatives across different formats and use cases

Implement feedback quickly and accurately

Work closely with the creative strategist and team

Manage deadlines across high-volume deliverables

Maintain organized project files and version control

Experience in motion design and/or video editing

Strong execution skills and attention to detail

Ability to work quickly and handle high output volume

Ability to follow direction and deliver consistently

Experience creating content for social media or advertising

Understanding of pacing, motion, and visual storytelling

Experience working in fast-paced, production-heavy environments
