At Morgan & Morgan, the work we do matters. For millions of Americans, we’re their last line of defense against insurance companies, large corporations or defective goods. From attorneys in all 50 states, to client support staff, creative marketing to operations teams, every member of our firm has a key role to play in the winning fight for consumer rights. Our over 6,000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People.
When prospective clients call us, they are often frightened, overwhelmed, and uncertain of what to do next. Many will not sign a retainer until they have spoken directly with an attorney they can trust. That is where you come in.
We are seeking an Intake Attorney who excels at building rapport under pressure — someone who can turn an anxious caller into a confident client through clear guidance, sound legal judgment, and genuine reassurance. You will join our industry-leading Case Control Center, a department at the center of our nationwide growth, working alongside experienced attorneys and firm leadership to shape how new clients experience Morgan & Morgan from their very first conversation.
This is not a traditional litigation role. You will not manage a caseload or appear in court. Instead, you will apply your legal training and judgment where it matters most in the earliest, most critical moments of a client relationship: evaluating potential cases, advising callers with clarity and authority, and demonstrating why a firm that is truly For The People is the right choice for them.
Responsibilities
