Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in our Miami and/or Ft. Lauderdale. This is an opportunity to learn Personal Injury, at the premier Plaintiff PI firm in the country. Our Pre-Suit Attorney's make mission critical decisions for the firm and play a significant role in our success. Work alongside world-class lawyers that are looking to mentor and advise Attorney's who are new to the field.

Responsibilities

→Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work
→Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
→Guide clients through the case process
→Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
→Complete TD approval for liability issues
→Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
→Manage the release approval process
→Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
→Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive
→Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
→EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements

Requirements

Law degree from a fully accredited law school
An active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association
2+ years of personal injury experience
Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
Excellent client service and communication skills
Strong leadership skills
Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
